Generalforsamling 2017

Der indkaldes hermed til generalforsamling i Pan Idræt København lørdag den 1. april 2017, klokken 15.00 (afslutning ca. 18.00).
Similarly, an annual general meeting of Pan Idræt Frederiksberg is convened at the same place to be held at the same time.

Generalforsamlingerne afholdes på Hyltebjerggaard – Linde Allé 33 – 2720 Vanløse

The agenda for both general meetings is as follows:

1. Formalities
   • Election of meeting chairman
   • Confirmation of the legality of the general meeting, etc.
   • Election of minute taker
   • Election of 2 vote counters
2. Presentation and approval of the report from the Board
3. Presentation and approval of audited financial statements
4. Copenhagen 2021 (EuroGames & World Pride 2021)
5. Presentation and approval of annual programme and budget 2020, including setting of club membership fee
6. Proposals received
7. Elections
8. Any other businesss

I henhold til § 6, stk. 4 i foreningernes vedtægter kan medlemmer fremsætte forslag til behandling på generalforsamlingerne seneste 3 uger før afholdelsen af generalforsamlingen, altså senest 11. marts 2017 kokken 15.00.

When determining whether a proposal has been received in time, it is the timestamp on Pan Idræt's mail server which shall apply.

Forslag til der stilles på den ene generalforsamling stilles automatisk på begge generalforsamlinger.

Forslag skal begrundes skriftligt og indeholde et overslag over eventuelle konsekvenser for budgettet. Endvidere afgiver bestyrelsen sin indstilling til generalforsamlingen om forslaget kan anbefales til vedtagelse.

Proposals are to be submitted to the chairman and sent electronically generalforsamling@panidraet.dk

Amendments may be proposed to the proposals made at any time, as long as the amendment does not constitute a new proposal.
