Photo policy

Pan Idræt would like to show members and other interested parties the photos and films that are taken and recorded in our club. For some of our members, this can cause insecurity and therefore we try to set up some guidelines for the use of film and photo in Pan Idræt.

Acceptance

All registered members agree that the club may use films and photos where members may be included.

If a member wishes to waive this automatic acceptance, you must notify the photographer and the volunteer responsible for the activity at each photo or video event.

It can e.g. be a member of the board, steering committee or coach responsible for the activity.

Pan Idræt does not keep a register of who does not want to be photographed and it is therefore up to the individual to give notice every time.

Photo

Pan Idræt uses photos on its own website, on social media, in press releases and in publication materials from its own trainings, rallies, competitions and shows.

Movie

Pan Idræt uses video material that is published on the club's youtube channel(s), social media or other public media.

If you have questions or objections to a given film or photo the club has used, please contact the board immediately.
