Refund policy for members of Pan Idræt

No refund

Pan Idræt upholds a clear and fair reimbursement policy to ensure transparency and efficient handling of financial matters for both members and the association.

1. Tickets and activity payments

a. Purchases of tickets, activity payments or similar are not refundable.

b. If an event or activity is cancelled by Pan Idræt, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.

2. Membership fees.

a. Membership fees are not refunded, cf. §4 of the statutes.

i. Members are responsible for withdrawing from the association, either by requesting deletion via Holdsport or by completing cancellation form on the website. If you only want to cancel a single team Can this happen here?

ii. Cancellation must be made no later than the 15th of the previous month. This means that if cancellation occurs after the 15th of a month, another month's membership fee may be charged. This payment is not refundable as processing may overlap with automatic billing. Members are therefore encouraged to cancel in good time to avoid additional charges.

b. Exception: If there is a technical error in the system or an administrative error on the part of Pan Idræt, the amount in question will be refunded.

3. Refund procedure

a. In certain cases of a refund-eligible situation, members must provide registration and account numbers to Pan Idræt in writing via email to sekretariat@panidraet.dk – most often this information would be collected by the volunteers who have canceled the event.

b. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being received and approved.

Pan Idræt reserves the right to assess special cases individually.

We encourage all members to ensure they have read and understood this refund policy before making any payments.

The refund policy is valid from January 1, 2025.
