Information about Pan Idræt's use of images
Governing Language
In case of any doubt or discrepancy, the Danish version shall prevail.
Pan Idræt occasionally takes photos in connection with training, matches, competitions and social events. The material is used to inform about the association's activities on our website and social media.
Images where you can be recognized are personal data and are processed in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR and the Data Protection Act).
This means, among other things:
- We only use images for clear and objective purposes that relate to the association's work.
- We make a specific assessment of the legitimate interest each time we use an image.
- You can object to us using a picture of you at any time, or request that a specific picture be removed. You can contact the secretariat.
- If you do not want to be in photos, we encourage you to tell the coach or photographer at the event or contact us afterwards, and we will take this into consideration as much as possible and remove photos in which you appear.
- The association does not publish images that may appear offensive or show members in private or vulnerable situations.
