Rainbow Sports Square is an inclusive sports festival open to all, offering a range of activities and events to promote an active and engaging community experience under the rainbow.

Line dancing 🕺
- 16:00 to 17:30 – Put on your boots and learn line dancing with Pan Idræt and instructor Jacob! Everyone is welcome to join.
Handball 🤾
- 16:00 to 21:00 – Test your handball shooting power.
- 16:00 to 21:00 – How good is your accuracy? Test your eye for the ball in the handball area.
Rugby 🏉
- 17:30 to 19:00 – Try Touch Rugby with Pan Idræt! Fun, sweat and laughter – everyone can join.

- 17:30 to 18:30 – Pan Idræt Parade Dance Part 1. Learn the easy and fun steps to Lady Gaga with help from Kevon and Pan Badminton
- 18:30 to 19:00 – Pan Idræt Parade Dance part 2. Get ready to dance with Dua Lipa moves and help from Karoline and PanDans.

Pickleball 🏓
- 17:00 to 19:30 – Meet Pan Idræt's newest team: Pickleball! Try a game – easy and fun for everyone.

- 17:00 to 18:30 – Take a walk with us! Pan Idræt invites you to a walkathon starting at Rainbow Sports Square and ending at Frederiksberg Metro station

- 18:00 to 20:30 – Meet our tennis team who have fun exercises ready for you who want to test your racket skills.

- 17:00 to 19:00 – Meet'n'Greet. Meet Pan Pickleball and play tic-tac-toe at Rainbow Sports Square.

Would you like to volunteer?
We need a lot of fresh volunteers to help during Rainbow Sport Square.
Below you can see the different roles you can register for, as well as a registration form. If you are a member of Pan Idræt – simply log in with your existing account first.
🚚🔑🦸♀️ Hero Driver (with own car and a talent for carrying)
Drive to the storage, load the van – and make it all possible with your car and good company to bring all the volunteers back and forth so we can load the van and build the square together.

NB: A car (with room for minimum 4 in addition to driver) is required for this shift (to transport you and other volunteers to the warehouse).
