About Pan Basketball

We are a newly started section in Pan Idræt, which will train in DGI Byen right next to Copenhagen Central Station starting in January.

Our coach, Lisette Skov, has an extra focus on making everyone feel welcome. We welcome everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation and experience with basketball.

“Pan Idræt is more inclusive than a regular club, and I will leave it up to the players to decide what the team should be and what they want. I can teach everyone to play basketball, so I'm sure it's going to be fun” says coach Lisette Skov.

You'll meet a trainer who does a lot to make the training feel safe and fun, and all training sessions start with a presentation of what the session will entail.

Right now we only train once a week, but it is possible to expand to two training sessions if we wish. We train a lot with ballwork and practice against each other so we can end the session by playing a little match. Later on in the season, we plan to build up steadily each time with strength and conditioning exercises.

What's more, it's very much up to those who join the team what you want to practice and get better at! Then we will find out together.
