About Pan Pulse and Strength (Gymnastics)

Træn op til 3 gange om ugen (2021-22)


The gymnastics section is for young and old who want to train PULSE and STRENGTH as well:

  • Coordination
  • Flexibility
  • Endurance
  • Balance

On the gymnastics team, it is primarily you yourself that you compete with - and against - so that everyone can participate. The exercises can be carried out at different levels, so that both beginners and experienced athletes can get something out of them. The more you do, the more you get out of it. At the same time, it is very unpretentious and cozy. 

We train approx. an hour and a half each time. A typical programme includes a thorough warm-up followed by exercises with jumps and runs that train fitness as well as strength of the major muscle groups. Occasionally there are balance and coordination exercises. This is followed by a series of strength training exercises on mats before the programme ends with thorough stretching. 

After the workout, ew can head to the local café for a refreshment.

Everyone can participate - but you must be able to run a little. The members are mostly men, but women are very welcome! There are separate changing facilities for male and female.


practical information

Price: The activity fee for gymnastics is a seasonal fee. When you are a member, you are free to choose among the groups and also participate in both groups.

Det er altid muligt at prøve gymnastikken af nogle gange (det vil altid være hårdt de første gange…), inden du beslutter, om du vil melde dig ind. Bare mød op eller send eventuelt først en mail til gymnastik@panidraet.dk.

Entrance: Training takes place in the gymnasium at Engskolen, Haderslevsgade 6, in Vesterbro. There is access to the changing room directly from the schoolyard, but the door to the road must be opened with a code. If you are a newcomer, arrive a little before the training time, so you can meet some of the other participants who can help you in. Otherwise send an email to gymnastik@panidraet.dk saying that you will be coming; then we'll look out for you.

Bring: Towel and ordinary gym clothes that are comfortable to move in, as well as training shoes with clean soles.

    Where and when

    The season begins in September and ends in May.

    We train at Engskolen, Haderslevgade 6, 1671 København V (see map):

    TRÆNINGSTIDER 2021-2022 (Opdateret!):

    • Mandag19:15 – 20:45 (vi mødes 19:05) - Coach: Bærto
    • Onsdag: 18:00 – 19:30 (vi mødes 17:10) – Træner: Martin
    • Thursday: 19:00 – 20:30 (vi mødes 18:50) – Træner: Ole 

    There is no training in weeks 42, 52, 1 and 7, as Engskolen is closed due to school holidays.

    There are changing facilities at the address.



    Contingent for Gymnastics is DKK 275 per half year. Payment is due in February and September.

    In addition, you need to have paid membership of Pan Idræt at DKK 390 per year.


    After the workout, those who fancy go over to the local cafe.

    In addition, we hold at least one Christmas party and one summer party every year.
