About Pan Yoga

In Pan Yoga we focus on having a social yoga community as well as practicing yoga.

Pan Idræt’s yoga programme consists of technique and principles from both classic Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.

Both forms of Yoga are designed to increase strength and flexibility, as well as reduce stress and increase body awareness.

We focus on physcial yoga exercises, meditation and breathing. We work to unite body, soul and mind to create greater presence and awareness in day-to-day life. Both forms of yoga give simple and effective tools for dealing with a busy life.

Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga are two discipline anyone can take part in, whether beginner or advanced.

Kundalini yoga is an active and dynamic form of yoga which always includes physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and mantra (chanting). Kundalini yoga work on a more subtle level, where exercises are repeated several times for longer periods. Kundalini yoga is a practice that focuses on body and mind and is not just about physical strength and flexibility, but also inner strength and emotional balance.

Kundalini yoga will challenge you both physically and mentally and help you to live in harmony with your true self.

Hatha yoga er is a practice of yoga that focuses on balancing your energy through physical positions (asana).

In our practice we work with slow deep flow (Vinyasa) and maintaining positions for longer periods in order to strengthen and develop the ability to listen to your own body (classic hatha). In Hatha yoga, you will build strength, flexibility and balance through using asana (positions).

Spring season is over for 2020.

We are looking foreward to see you again late August 2020 for Fall season. The exact start date will be announced here in August.

Remember to bring a blanket / warm clothes for relaxation. You can borrow a yoga mat for free.

Price

The membership fee for Pan Yoga is 400 DKK per half year.

In addition to the sports fee there is a club membership fee which is 340 DKK annually.
