Explanation of the systems

Member administration and financial management are the central functions in the Club module.

Furthermore, the system includes the ability to create internal events, receive payments, webshop, send SMS and e-mail to members.

Furthermore, the possibility of regulating member participation in relation to capacity by using the booking system.

Who has access

Steering group members who have participated in the Basic Course for Steering Groups are automatically granted access to the system.

Coaches and instructors are automatically assigned instructor access to the system when the secretariat receives a signed coaching contract.

How to log in

Your login as a member is also the login you use for the administration part of the Club module. So typically it will be the email address with which you created your member profile.

The event system is a copy of our Club module - but its own system.

The system is in English and must be used by departments that hold international conventions where payment must be received.

Who has access

Access is granted to relevant project managers for the respective events and conventions, etc.

How to log in

Your login as a member is also the login you use for the administration part of the Events System. So typically it will be the email address with which you created your member profile.

Webmail is Pan Sports' e-mail solution for the official panidraet.dk mails.

Who has access Each sport is assigned a function email (idrætsnavn@panidraet.dk) and a finance email (finans_idrætsnavn@panidraet.dk). In principle, the department chairman and the finance manager are responsible for the function email and the finance email, respectively.

How to log in You use the e-mail address and associated code.

OwnCube is Pan Sports's cloud solution for use with digital formats of documents, images, movies, audio, etc.

A common access is allocated per. department.

How to log in

You will be assigned a username to be used when logging in.

The system is used to update and edit the website.

Who has access All steering group members can use the system to edit their own department website on panidraet.dk. The common pages can only be edited by a limited group of people.

How to log in Your login is the e-mail address associated with the department (function email) idrætsgren@panidraet.dk and associated code.

The system is used for bookkeeping and accounting. 

Who has access All steering group members can use the system to view the finances of the department.

How to log in You log in with the login you have been informed by the secretariat. 

The system is used for payment of bills etc.

Who has access All members can use the system, which must have reimbursed expenses. Department chairmen and finance managers are automatically created as approvers. For this, the steering group may appoint a 3rd approver, who must be reported to the secretariat.

How to log in Your login is typically the email address with which you created your member profile. It is a standalone login, so the code is not automatically the same as the one you use for the member profile.
